Senator Davis served in the Texas legislature for six years. Famously, in 2013, she held a thirteen-hour standing filibuster to block Senate Bill 5, which included more restrictive abortion regulations. 

Moderating our panel will be Friend of the Club and Public Interest Attorney Sandra Fluke, who has long been outspoken on these subjects.
