On March 30, the Santa Monica Democratic Club hosted a community presentation on the City’s Downtown Community Plan/Downtown Specific Plan. The capacity crowd heard and saw panelists David Martin, City of Santa Monica Director of Planning, Mary Marlow, co-chair of a Neighborhood Council subcommittee studying the DCP, and Ron Goldman, architect and member of Santa Monica Architects for a Responsible Tomorrow (SMa.r.t.).
