Housing has always been one of the most important issues for Santa Monica, and in 2021 it will take center stage in a big way as the City considers its new Housing Element later this year. Given last fall’s election results, we know that there are a wide range of opinions on how best to solve this crisis. Rather than shut anyone out, we wanted to launch our conversation on this matter by bringing in as many different perspectives as possible.
